/KASE, July 3, 2019/ – Irtysh-Polymetal (hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of July 1, 2019 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60280019 of the Сompany makes up 1,000,000 pieces; - 213,579 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is KARAVAN RESORSIZ LTD.
