/KASE, June 25, 2019/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the press
release dated June 25, 2019, which states as follows:

The meeting in presentia of the Fund's Management Board was held at the office
of SWF Samruk-Kazyna. During the meeting, decisions were taken to make changes
in the makeup of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy.
In particular, the representative of Samruk-Kazyna, Almat Kunzholovich Zhamyev,
was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy, and the powers
of Luca Sutera, independent director of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy,
were extended for one year. Beibit Yerkinbayevich Karimsakov, a member of the
Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna and Managing Director of Economics and Finance,
is elected the chairman of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy.
The Fund’s Management Board terminated powers of Nurlan Kusainovich Rakhmetov and
Anatoly Tikhonovich Spitsyn, members of Samruk-Energy’s Board of Directors.
