/KASE, June 18, 2019/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

Fitch Ratings maintained Kazakhtelecom’s BB+ rating on Rating Watch Positive
(RWP). Analysts say that the key factor for maintaining high rating is successful
completion of the deal to acquire a 75% stake in Kcell JSC (Kcell) and significant
progress with the announced acquisition of the remaining 49% share in the Tele2/
Altel JV.
