/KASE, June 11, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 31, 2019:
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2018;
- not to allocate the company's net income for 2018 and not to pay dividends on
the company's shares.
Overall, decisions on seven issues of the agenda were taken at the general meeting
of shareholders.
