/KASE, June 5, 2019/ - Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the
decision of the Board of Directors the following people were excluded from its
Management Board:
- M.O. Saulebay, Managing Director for Risks and Legal Affairs;
- E.E. Sarmanbetov, Managing Director for Procurement;
- R.O. Akberdin, Managing Director for Development and Sales.
In view of the changes, the Management Board of Samruk-Energy consists of three
people: B.T. Zhulamanov, S.S. Tyutebayev and E.Zh. Aliyev.
