Bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company CJSC of the first issue have passed listing procedure at KASE under "А" category

/KASE, November 15, 02/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated November 15 of 2002 inscribed coupon bonds with security of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company CJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY03A676, KZT10,000, KZT1.5 bn, November 10, 02 - November 10, 05, semi-annual coupon with fluctuating rate, which is determined on the first deal at floatation) have been included into KASE's official "А" listing category. At KASE bonds were assigned trade code KZIKb1. According to the article 19-2 of Listing rules, which took effect since October 29 of 2002, decision of stock exchange's Council about including of the securities into KASE's official list takes effect after making by the issuer and stock exchange of the Agreement about these securities listing and payment by the issuer of entrance and first annual listing fees for the securities. Thus, the date of the mentioned Council's decision taking effect (date, since which bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company CJSC will be included into KASE's official "А" listing category) will be announced later. Date of trades on bonds opening and parameters of their quotation at KASE will also be announced later. Primary activities of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company CJSC: loam operations (giving of credits in money terms on the condition of payment, urgency and paying back), factoring operations (purchasing of rights of payment requirement from consumer of goods, works and services with admitting of risk of non-payment) on the basis of the license of the National Bank of Kazakhstan dated September 23 of 2002 #28 and other operations in accordance with the company's charter.
