/KASE, May 23, 2019/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on June 24, 2019, at 15:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows:

• changing the location of the company's executive body and making amendments to the company's charter;
• approval of amendments to the issue prospectus of the company's shares due to change in the location of the company's executive body.
