National Bank of Kazakhstan has approved report about results of issue and floatation of bonds of Bank CenterCredit OJSC of the second issue

/IRBIS, November 11, 02/ - Financial supervision department of the National Bank of Kazakhstan informed today that on November 7 of 2002 it approved report about results of issue and floatation of bonds of Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY07A503; KASE official "А" listing category, CCBNb2; KZT1.5 bn; KZT15,000; April 1, 02 - April 1, 09; semi-annual coupon 10.0% APR) with total face value of KZT1,195,995,000. At the same time, on October 28 Bank CenterCredit OJSC informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with official letter about the fact that on October 24 of the current year the bank had finished primary floatation of these bonds in full volume.
