/KASE, May 20, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated May 8, 2019 the following persons were appointed to the company's Board of Directors:

• D. Zhumashov – managing director of strategy, member of the Management Board of the National managing holding "KazAgro" – was appointed the representative of the company's sole shareholder;
• R. Orazbaev – was appointed an independent director.
