/KASE, May 15, 2019/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 6, 2019.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2018;
- to approve the company's annual report for 2018;
- not to distribute and retain the company's net income for 2018 in the amount
of KZT223,093,000.
Overall, decisions on nine issues were taken at the general meeting of
shareholders.
