/KASE, April 29, 2019/ – "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 23, 2019:
- to set the number of members of the Board of Directors on five;
- to appoint members of the Board of Directors.
