/KASE, April 30, 2019/ – "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder, the following persons were appointed to its Board of Directors:

• A. Smolyakov – member of the Board of Directors;
• K. Altynbekov – member of the Board of Directors;
• D. Salimbayev – member of the Board of Directors;
• Ulf Wokurka – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• D. Abilkairov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Currently, the Board of Directors of "Baspana" Mortgage organization consists of five persons.
