/KASE, April 10, 2019/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders, held on April 8, 2019, on approval of the revised charter of the company.

Besides, decisions were taken on changes in Boards of Directors of subsidiaries – PAVLODARENERGO, SEVKAZENERGO and Akmola Distribution Electricity Network Company.
