/KASE, April 9, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the
following people were excluded from its Board of Directors:
B.T. Nugymanov, chairman of Board of Directors, A.D. Ushbayev, a member of Board
of Directors, independent director, K.K. Dauletkhanov, a member of Board of
Directors, independent director.
