Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan has cancelled trades on sale of state blocks of shares of Aluminium of Kazakhstan OJSC and UKTMC OJSC

/IRBIS, October 17, 02/ - Today in the newspaper "Kazakhstanskaya pravda" there was published information of the press-service of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan, in which it was announced that trades in the state blocks of shares of Aluminium of Kazakhstan OJSC and Ust-Kamenogorsk titanium-magnesium combine OJSC (ULTMC OJSC). It is said in the message that the trades have been cancelled by the order of the Minister of finance of Kazakhstan in accordance with insufficient pre-sale preparation of documentation. In the same publication there was published message of the Committee of state property and privatization of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan about canceling of the trades on the sale of state blocks of shares of Aluminium of Kazakhstan OJSC and ULTMC OJSC, which were to be held on October 24 of 2002 at Kazakhstan stock exchange OJSC (KASE).
