/KASE, April 1, 2019/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of March 20, 2019 the following bonds
KZ2C00005833 (BASPb3; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon 8.50% APR;
30/360) of Mortgage Organization Baspana (Almaty) were included in KASE official
list by category "commercial bonds" of alternative market.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into force on April 1, 2019 as the
said issuer has fulfilled the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
