KASE's Management Board takes decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2C00005833 (BASPb3) of "Baspana" Mortgage organization in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, March 20, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of March 20, 2019 bonds KZ2C00005833 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 360 days, annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360) of "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of the alternative market. The Management Board decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BASPb3. More details on said bond issue will be released on KASE website after the Management Board's said decision becomes effective. [2019-03-20]
