/KASE, March 18, 2019/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that the following persons were removed from its Board of Directors:
B. Jumabaev – member of Board of Directors, N. Jumagaliev – member of Board of
Directors, independent director, S. Grishin – member of Board of Directors.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life"
consists of three persons: T. Turlov, A. Erdesov, I. Mikhailov.
