ATFBank says Standard & Poor's downgraded long-term issuer rating to "B-", outlook changed from Negative to Stable

/KASE, February 27, 2019/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows: quote S&P affirmed short-term rating of AFTBank (hereinafter, the Bank) at "В" and upgraded outlook of the Bank to Stable. Also, S&P revised long-term issuer rating at "В-" for issuance of long-term bonds. S&P maintained base level of rating at b+ but it considers that the government’s hypothetical readiness to providing support to private banks may decrease in future.
