/KASE, February 1, 2019/ – Life Insurance Company " Freedom Finance Life" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of decisions of Board of Directors of January 28, 2019.

• To conduct additional placement of 59,998 authorized ordinary shares of the company;
• To set the offering price of one ordinary share as a book value of a share as at January 1, 2019, which makes KZT1,476.24;
• Shares to be placed using preemptive purchase right by shareholders;
• If the shareholders decide not to exercise their right of preemptive purchase of shares, the company’s shares should be placed by way of subscription conducted on the over-the-counter market among general public.
