/KASE, January 31, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will start on March 1, 2019 at 15:00 o'clock.
The meeting's agenda includes the following issues:
1) introduction of amendments to the charter of Leasing Group;
2) approval of the Regulations on the Board of Directors of Leasing Group.
