According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60650013 of the Company makes up 978,088 pieces;
• all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding;
• the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is Zh.Zhilbaeva.
