Rakhat provides extract from shareholder registers as of January 1, 2019 to KASE

/KASE, January 23, 2019/ – Rakhat (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2019 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the Company makes up 3,600,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the Company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares is LOTTE CONFECTIONERY CO., LTD, which owns 3,327,987 common shares of the Company (92.44% of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares).
