/KASE, December 27, 2018/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
December 20, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of the offering of bonds KZP03Y08D881 (KZ2C00002459, KASE main market,
category "bonds", LARIb4) of AsiaCredit Bank for the period from May 22 to
November 21, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of November 21, 2018, 10,000,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
