are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following press release of December 27, 2018:

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (subsidiary of National managing holding
"Baiterek", hereinafter – the Bank, DBK) has provided bank guarantees in the
amount of up to USD37.8 mln for the term of up to two years and eleven months
with regard to services of AAEngineering Group LLP on construction of gold
processing plant in field Zheruy in Kyrgyzstan.
DBK's guarantee covers execution of obligations of AAEngineering Group towards
the customer on construction of a plant with infrastructure facilities and a
tailings facility, as well as the return of the advance payment effected by the
customer in case of non-fulfillment of the above-mentioned obligations.
