/KASE, December 19, 2018/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "Rating agency
Fitch Ratings put ratings of Kazakhtelecom JSC (BB+, outlook "Stable") and Kcell JSC
(BB, outlook "Stable") on review towards positive after signing by Kazakhtelecom JSC
of the agreement on acquisition of a 75% stake of voting shares in Kcell JSC".
