KazTransOil CJSC presented extended information about changing of the general director

/IRBIS, September 9, 02/ - KazTransOil CJSC (Astana), whose internal bonds and euronotes are traded at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under official "А" listing category, distributed today press-release, in which extended information concerning changing of the company's governing body, was presented. As it was informed before by KASE, by the order of KazMunaiGas CJSC dated Septemer 5, 02 #188 Askar Smankulov has been appointed the General director of KazTransOil CJSC, who was the first deputy General director KazTransOil CJSC. The head of KazTransOil CJSC - Abay Sadykov - was appointed the President of KaztransGaz CJSC. It is also informed in the press-release that Alexey Pirogov was appointed the first deputy general director of KazTransOil CJSC, who was the technical director of the company to present. Berik Sayakhov was appointed the technical director, who headed the Department of oil pipelines exploiting. KazTransOil CJSC informs that positions appointments didn't touch other deputies general director of the company. According to the information of the company Smankulov Askar Sultanovich, 1964 year of birth, graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic institute in 1987 with specialization of mechanical engineer. He has been working in KazTransOil CJSC since it's foundation (1997). In various years Smankulov A.S. held leading positions in KazTransOil CJSC: vice-president on production, vice-president on general affairs, managing and financial directors. [2002-09-09]
