Total revenue of Kazakhstan enterprises in June equaled to KZT41.3bn - Kazakhstan statistics agency

/Kazakhstan today, August 27, 02/ - Total revenue of Kazakhstan enterprises,
which have given report, (1,042 big and 3,393 medium) in June of 2002 equaled
to KZT41.3bn against KZT34.5bn within similar period of last year, informed
Kazakhstan statistics agency to KZ-today.
Acoording to the statistics agency's information, volume of produced production
for June of the current year equaled to KZT185.1bn, income from sales -
KZT279.5nm. At the same time, these indicators for June of 2001 equaled to
KZT165bn and KZT235.7bn correspondingly.
As is noted in the message, cost of goods sold equaled to KZT182.5bn. As a
whole, profitability of enterprises and organizations for June of 2002 equaled
to 17.2%.
The main part of the received income for reporting period - 49% (KZT20.2bn) -
was formed due to enterprises on production of crude oil and natural gas,
statisticians state.
In regions the biggest incomes from total result fall to the share of Atyrau
oblast - KZT12.4bn or 30%, Karaganda oblast - KZT7.9bn (19.1%), Mangistau
oblast - KZT4.8bn (11,6%), Astana - KZT7.7bn (18.6%), Almaty - KZT5.3bn
(12.8%).
In June of the current year 40.3% of total amount of the enterprises, which had
given reports, had losses in the amount of KZT15.3bn. 97.3% in the structure
of loss enterprises fall to the share of Kazakhstan property and 2.7% - to the
share of other States' properties.
High position managing subjects, as the message says, are noted in the
following regions: Akmolinsk oblast - 51.1% (185 enterprises), Kostanai oblast
- 46.5% (175 enterprises), North-Kazakhstan oblast - 46.3% (124 enterprises),
Karaganda oblast - 42.9% (161 enterprises).
