/KASE, November 15, 2018/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of November 13, 2018 bonds
KZ2С0M12G010 (KZ2С00004513; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 360 days, annual coupon
8.50 % APR; 30/360) of "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty) were included
in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of the alternative market.
The Management Board's decision is effective as of November 16, 2018 according
to item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BASPb2.
