According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60720014 of the Company makes up 20,413,893 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of theCcompany is RSI National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
