/KASE, October 10, 2018/ – AsiaCredit Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2018. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C00090015 of the bank makes up 19,000,000 pieces; - 16,904,064 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the bank bought back 15,071 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank outstanding shares is N.
