/KASE, September 28, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that in accordance with the Methodology of Share Valuation, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange entered into the Agreement on buying-selling shares dated September 26, 2018 with the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF) during the buyback of shares based on the decision of the KASE Board of Directors dated September 7, 2018.

According to the Agreement and with due consideration of the Methodology, KASE will buy back 6,063 ordinary shares KZ1C10030019 (KZ1C00001213, KASE) of UAPF at the price of KZT4,657.18 per one share.
