National company Kazakhstan temir zholy raises KZT75.0 on KASE through subscription, placing bonds KZP03M75F219 (KZ2C00004380, TMJLb5)

/KASE, September 25, 2018/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds KZP03M75F219 (KZ2C00004380, KASE main market, category "bonds", TMJLb5; KZT1,000, KZT75.0 bn; September 25, 2018 – November 15, 2024, annual coupon 9.25 % APR, 30/360) of National Company "Kazakhstan temir zholy" (Astana) was conducted in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) trading system's module "Subscription" today by way of subscription to them. Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to said bonds Subscription orders were collected on September 25, 2018 from 10:00 to 18:00 o'clock (Almaty time). The face value of the bonds being offered is KZT75,000,000,000.0. Orders indicated the bonds' "clean" price, expressed in percentage of the security's face value with accuracy of up to the fourth decimal place, and the number of bonds in pieces. The subscription conditions contained no restrictions on buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted. As at the end of order collection, one order for the entire volume offered was submitted to KASE trading system. The order was acknowledged as active. The "clean" price in the order submitted made up 100.00 % (9.25 % APR) per bond. According to results of the offering, the order was executed in full. Thus, the issuer sold 75,000,000 bonds at a "clean" price of 100.00 % (9.25 % APR) in the amount of KZT75,000,000,000.00. According to the Central Securities Depository (Almaty), the deal upon the results of the subscription to said bonds was settled by the moment of release of this information, the subscription was completed.
