Issue of NOTES-91#689 failed

/IRBIS, July 17, 02/ - Today the National Bank of Kazakhstan conducted auction on floatation of 689th issue of notes with 91-day circulation term (KZW1KD916891) with planned issue volume of KZT500m and 50% limit on non-competitive bids. According to the issuer's information, the issue has been declared failed one because of unsatisfactory price terms, which had been announced by dealers and their clients. [2002-07-17]
