Exchange (KASE) informs that on July 26, 2018, the primary placement of the
international depreciable notes of unsecured debt XS1831081408 of the
International Finance Corporation (IFC) through subscription to them will be
held in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE or Exchange) trading system.
When subscribing to these notes, Tengri Capital MB JSC (hereinafter the Seller)
acts as a seller.
The nominal volume of placed notes is KZT8,577,000,000 (8,577 units with a
nominal value of KZT1,000,000).
As the price in the application should be indicated the yield to maturity,
expressed in percent per annum to the second decimal place.
As the number of financial instruments, the bid must indicate the number of
bonds in units. Restrictions for buyers on the maximum number of bonds in
applications submitted by subscription conditions are not established.
Acceptance of applications under the subscription will be held July 26, 2018
from 11:30 to 17:30 Almaty time (ALT). Within the framework of the
subscription, limited and market orders submitted to the KASE trading system in
a closed manner are accepted. The degree of satisfaction of market orders is
30%.
Date of submission of applications to the Seller of the register accepted by the
Exchange - July 26, 2018 18:00 ALT; the date the Exchange provides the Seller
with the register of satisfied bids - July 26, 2018 19:30 ALT; the settlement
period is August 1, 2018. Settlements are carried out by Central Securities
Depository.
Applications for participation in the subscription are submitted to the exchange

According to the terms of this subscription, as additional information about the
investor disclosed to the Seller of these notes, the surname, name, patronymic
(if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity is provided.
