/KASE, July 20, 2018/ – In accordance with a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of July 20, 2018 information on common shares GG00BD3DTC15 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", GG_FERR) of Ferro-Alloy Resources Limited (Guernsey):

• international identification number (ISIN) of the said shares has been changed from GG00BD3DTC15 to GG00BGDYDZ69;
• the total number of authorized shares and the number of outstanding shares have been changed from 1,525,225 to 305,045,000.

This decision was made on the basis of a letter from the company on July 13, 2018 on assigning a new ISIN to common shares of the company, as well as on their conversion and dilution.
