/KASE, July 11, 2018/ – Altyn Bank (subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan) (Almaty), a member of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE a copy of a certificate of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2018 on state re-registration of a legal entity, according to which Altyn Bank (subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan) was re-registered as Altyn Bank (Subsidiary bank of China Citic Bank Corporation Limited).
