Duties of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC President will be charged by Shalgimbayev K.B. till Shareholders' meeting decision

/KASE, May 31, 02/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC (Astana) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with an official letter that according to resolution of Kazakhstan Government dated May 28, 2002 #582 "On some questions about composition of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC Board of Directors" General shareholders' meeting of the bank was recommended to elect Shalgimbayev K.B. for President and Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC Board of Directors member, dismissing Mynbayev S.M. out of his post and Board of Directors. Further in this letter it is said that according to the decision of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC Board of Directors dated April 29, 2002 (conference minutes #21) temporarily, till the decision of the General meeting of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC the post of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC President will be passed to Shalgimbayev K.B., according to moving to another job of Mynbayev S.M.
