/KASE, April 26, 2018/ – Crystal Management (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 23, 2018, according to which:

• the National Bank took note of non-placement of the Company’s shares during the period from October 8, 2017 to April 7, 2018;
• as of April 8, 2018, a total of 10,200,000 common shares of the Company remained unplaced.
