According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C48670018 of the Сompany makes up 123,175,322 pieces;
• 111,858,434 common shares of the Company are outstanding;
• the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is FINANCIAL SERVICES B.V. (The Kingdom of the Netherlands).
