Development Bank of Kazakhstan announced opening credit line to YDD Corporation for first stage construction of ferrosilicon plant in Karaganda

/KASE, March 2, 2018/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release: quote Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of JSC "National Managing Holding" Baiterek", hereinafter referred to as DBK, the Bank) opened a credit line for YDD Corporation LLP (hereinafter - the Company) in the amount of up to KZT 24 billion 120 million for a period of 11 years for the purpose of construction of the first stage of the plant for the production of ferrosilicon in the city of Karaganda with a production capacity of 96,000 tons per year (hereinafter - the Project). The total cost of the Project is 34 billion 150 million tenge, the borrower's own participation in the project financing is KZT10 billion 030 million.
