/KASE, March 2, 2018/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release:

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of JSC "National Managing Holding" Baiterek", hereinafter referred to as DBK, the Bank) opened a credit line for YDD Corporation LLP (hereinafter - the Company) in the amount of up to KZT 24 billion 120 million for a period of 11 years for the purpose of construction of the first stage of the plant for the production of ferrosilicon in the city of Karaganda with a production capacity of 96,000 tons per year (hereinafter - the Project).

The total cost of the Project is 34 billion 150 million tenge, the borrower's own participation in the project financing is KZT10 billion 030 million. DBK provides the Company with borrowed funds in national currency within the framework of the State Program of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019.
