/KASE, February 28, 2018/ – Maten Petroleum (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of registered amendments to its share issue prospectus
and a certificate of state registration of securities issue dated February 26,
2018 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the Company's share issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
ordinary shares of the Company and it was issued taking into account 8,000
ordinary shares that were placed earlier;
- the total number of the Company's authorized ordinary shares KZ1C58290012 makes
up 150,000,000 pieces;
- the mentioned share issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities
under No. А5829.
