/KASE, January 15, 2018/ – Rakhat (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C06320010 of the Company makes up 3,600,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole entity holding shares of the Company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Company outstanding shares is LOTTE CONFECTIONERY CO., LTD (Seoul, South Korea), which owns 3,327,987 common shares of the Company (92.44% of the total number of the Company outstanding shares).
