/IRBIS, March 18, 02/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan, that as of February 1, 2002 surplus of the Kazakhstan budget equaled KZT20.6bn, or 10.8% of GDP.

Revenues is said to have equaled KZT53.7bn in January of this year against KZT94.6bn of the same period of last year, while volume of expenditures with financing - KZT27.7bn against KZT23.2bn of the same period of year 2000.
