/KASE, December 13, 2017/ – Caspiy Neft (Atyrau, hereinafter – the company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of registered changes in the issue prospectus of its
shares and the certificate of state registration of a securities issue of
December 7, 2017 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes in the company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
ordinary shares of the company;
- the total number of authorized ordinary shares of the company KZ1C28830012
makes up 100,000 pieces;
- the issue of said shares was entered in the State registry of serial securities
under No. А2883;
