Ordinary shares KZ1C60510019 (KZ1C00001486, CRMG) of Crystal Management underwent listing procedure on KASE in sector "shares" of alternative market

/KASE, December 27, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 27, 2017, ordinary shares KZ1C60510019 (ISIN – KZ1C00001486) of Crystal Management (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's alternative market's sector "shares". The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of a securities issue dated April 7, 2017, the issue of authorized shares of Crystal Management was divided in 35,670,200 ordinary shares which were assigned a national identification number KZ1C60510019.
