According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C48830018 of the company makes up 502,040,458 pieces; - 496,113,720 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
