/KASE, June 9, 2017/ – National managing holding KazAgro (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following information statement:

Asian Development Bank (ADB) and National managing holding KazAgro conducted a
meeting in Astana and expressed their readiness to extend cooperation in
development of Kazakhstan's agrarian sector. The meeting was attended by ADB's
Diwakar Gupta and Chairman of Management Board of holding KazAgro Nurlybek Malelov.
Main topics were a broad band of issues related to development of the country's
agrarian sector and funding of projects. In particular, the following initiatives
were discussed: funding of private agrarian enterprises through KazAgro;
development of ADB and KazAgro's joint program of support and development of
entrepreneurship in the countryside, which stipulates the development of the
funding methodology, risk assessment system and implementation of that methodology
through private financial organizations for extending the money supply channel;
joint funding of major investment projects and infrastructure for purposes of
developing the country's food belt and extending marketing opportunities for
agrarians.
