Expenses of period decreased - by KZT1.0bn (7.7%). Revenues from non- operating activity totaled KZT761.1m against KZT2.1bn of losses in the same period of last year. By the results of nine months of 2001 Kazakhstan Temir Zholy RSE received a net income of KZT15.1bn, that is KZT3.4bn more than in same period of last year. Bonds of the first issue were repaid in full volume on June 23 of 2001. Primary activities of the company: transportation of cargoes and passengers, export and import of products, supplying with external economic relations of the Republic.
