/KASE, June 7, 2017/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated April 27, 2017 consent was given
for inclusion in KASE official list by category "debtsecurities of quasi-public
entities" of international bonds RU000A0JXS34 of KTZ Finance PLC (Moscow), issued
under a guaranty (surety) of National company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (Astana).
This decision of the Listing Commission is effective as of June 7, 2017 since
the guarantor fulfilled the terms of items 1 and 3 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2
to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Due to the change as of June 1, 2017 in the structure of KASE official list,
said bonds were acknowledged as included in KASE official list by category
"bonds" of the "debt securities" sector of the "main" market.
Opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) TMJLe5.
